If you cannot upload your document onto Docsity AI, there could be several reasons:
- Your document exceeds 20MB: it is too heavy for AI, the maximum is in fact 20 MB. Try compressing and reloading it.
- Your document has less than 5 pages or more than 200 pages. Upload a document that is at least 5 pages and no more than 200 in total. If you have a longer document, divide it into several documents and upload each one separately.
- The document may be corrupt or unsupported.
