To change your email address:
- Go to your profile
- Go to the “Access data” section
- Press “modify” next to the email address you want to change
- Press Send confirmation email
- Open the email message that you’ll receive to your current email address and press Change email
- Enter your new email address and press “Change”
- You’ll receive a confirmation message to your new email address — open the message and press Confirm this email. You’re done!

If you are a premium user or a seller
Please send us your new email address and attach the following documents through this form:

A photo/screenshot of your bank/PayPal statement with the most recent Docsity charge(s) or withdrawal(s). The information in the bank statement should contain:
- Your full name (matching the name in your Docsity account)
- Your bank account number
- The date of the last purchase or withdrawal
- The monetary amount of the purchase or withdrawal
You haven’t bought/sold anything on Docsity yet and don’t have payment/withdrawal proof?
Send us any 3 pieces of information from the following list:
- Your Docsity username
- The email address used to create your Docsity account
- The year of birth indicated in the Docsity account
- An approximate account registration date

Please do not send us your personal ID documents — keep these files private. We only need the proof listed above to confirm your identity.

Good to know
- The confirmation email is valid for 30 minutes. After this time, please go through the above steps once again, and you’ll receive a new confirmation message.
- The confirmation messages might end up in your email's Spam or Junk folder, so please check them as well.
