What if I’m not satisfied with the quality of a document?

Docsity operates under the assumption that users conduct a pre-inspection of every document by means of reviewing its contents through the purposefully-built preview section before proceeding to download. Once a document has been downloaded, it can not be returned in exchange for the points used to acquire it. 

However, you can always:

• Insert a comment on the page where you downloaded the document (this will be made visible to all Docsity users, as well as the author of the document itself)
• Report the document to a member of the Docsity team through the Report feature
