How can I request a refund for a purchase made through Docsity?

You can request a refund directly from the purchases section by clicking on the order itself and providing a reason for your request. All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of completing the purchase. 

 A member of the Docsity team will evaluate your request within a weeks time.
