If you have problems with your mobile number and authentication fails, find out how to update your mobile number.
If you do not receive the code on your cell phone
If you do not receive the code on your mobile number associated with your Docsity account, contact us by submitting a request indicating in the subject line “Failure to receive OTP code” and specifying in the description:
- username associated with Docsity
- your cell phone number
- approximate date you created your account
To protect your security, processing your request may take up to 48 hours. We may require you to send us additional details to confirm your identity.
